Driesenga & Associates, Inc., a full service professional civil engineering, testing and surveying firm, has an opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Kalamazoo office.
This is a client focused position that provides administrative support to Managers and staff of the regional office, and collaborates with external office staff as needed. They will act as the "voice & face" of Driesenga & Associates for initial and subsequent customer, vendor and employee contact. A minimum of 2 years of administrative office experience preferred.
Duties will primarily involve assisting civil engineers, surveyors, and materials testing personnel with preparing reports, answering phones, filing, and general office support & daily operations. Must have adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office & G Suite products along with efficient typing skills. Attention to detail is very important to complete necessary reports and tasks.
